
MEET YOUR TRAINERS
TREVOR

Trevor has been an athlete his entire life and has worked within the fitness industry for the last 10 years. He has trained clients with a range of ages and abilities who experience/have experienced a variety of movement-related injuries since 2018. Additionally, he has his own history of chronic physical injuries, which left him in pain that affected his performance in regular, everyday tasks. He began mobility and strength training in the gym and managed to overcome his pain through months of hard work and dedication. As a trainer, Trevor aims to assist others in achieving their fitness goals using his first-hand knowledge, experience, and success.

JANICE
Janice obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in May 2018 and graduated with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in November 2021. As an OT, Janice has worked in school-based and outpatient pediatric therapy, assisted living facilities, skilled-nursing, and outpatient orthopedics. Through extensive schooling and hands-on experience, Janice understands the mechanics of movement and is knowledgable on the many injuries, illnesses, disabilities that affect one's ability to carry out a variety of tasks -- from sports and hobbies to work and leisure. Janice has transitioned into fitness coaching to share her passion for exercise and help bridge the gap between rehab and training.

LUCY

Lucy is the official mascot of the House of Pain! She is a 10(ish) year-old black German Shepard who specializes in eating treats and begging for scratchies. She provides excellent emotional support and will be by your side through every step of your fitness journey (even when things get ruff)!
